This is the first post of this blog created in honor of a Great Person, Shukil Shak Rahimbux who died in a tragic accident while working as a Taxi Driver and Owner of Kat's Taxi in Wilmington, NC Feb. 21 , 2009 12:40 AM appx. . I knew him to be a caring, sincere, kind individual.
We all are at a disadvantage here in not having him here physically but hopefully his spirit will live in our hearts, minds and actions as we go on in our lives.
I'd like to invite family, friends and all that knew him to contribute to this memorial with stories, photos, audio, videos. I will have an email link up soon (click on view my complete profile – top right)
I choose BlogSpot because it is owned by Google who should be around for many years, it's free (no worry of domain names expiring) , search engine friendly and it is easy to use to who ever I pass this on to someday. I will make adjustments to the layout, design and features in time.
My sympathies, thoughts and prayers go out to all that are in pain now with his loss.
I hope this endeavor will give you some joy and keep his spirit ever-present in your thoughts.
